Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Roblox ELO (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Unofficial community service
Roblox ELO is an independent community project and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of its respective owner. The Site does not ask for your Roblox password; sign-in and account ownership confirmation take place through Roblox's own authorization page.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be allowed to use the Site under Roblox's terms and the laws applicable to you. You may sign in only with a Roblox account you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your Site session and for keeping access to your device secure.
3. Ratings, matches and tournaments
ELO ratings, leaderboards, match statistics and tournament results are community tracking features, not official Roblox rankings. Ratings may change when match results are recorded or administrators correct errors. Tournament participation, stages, placements and prizes are subject to the rules shown for the relevant tournament. The Site operator may correct invalid entries, reverse duplicated or fraudulent results, and take reasonable steps to preserve ranking integrity.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to exploit bugs, interfere with the Site, bypass security controls, submit fraudulent match or tournament results, impersonate other players, harass other users, or attempt to access accounts or data without permission. Do not use automated requests in a way that degrades the service or violates applicable terms.
5. Public profiles and user content
By using ranking and tournament features, you understand that your Roblox username, avatar, Roblox ID, ELO rating, statistics and tournament results may be displayed publicly. Do not submit content or information you are not entitled to share.
6. Availability and changes
The Site is provided on an as-available basis. Features, ratings, records or access may be changed, corrected, suspended or discontinued to maintain the service, address abuse, or perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all records will always be available.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind. The Site operator is not responsible for Roblox platform availability, Roblox account restrictions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Use of the Site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains the information handled by the Site.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the Site changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. For questions or account-related requests, contact the Site operator through the official support or community channel used for this project.

Используйте только собственный аккаунт Roblox или аккаунт, которым вы вправе пользоваться. Рейтинг ELO, таблица лидеров, статистика и турниры являются общественным рейтинговым сервисом, а не официальными рейтингами Roblox. Администрация может исправлять ошибочные или мошеннические результаты, удалять дубли и принимать меры для защиты честности рейтинга.
Запрещены эксплуатация ошибок, вмешательство в работу сайта, обход мер безопасности, подделка результатов, выдача себя за других игроков, преследование пользователей и несанкционированный доступ. Профиль, аватар, Roblox ID, рейтинг, статистика и турнирные результаты могут быть публичными. Сайт предоставляется по мере доступности; функции и записи могут изменяться или временно отключаться. В пределах, разрешённых законом, сайт предоставляется без гарантий, которые нельзя исключить по закону.
